ATLANTA, Ga., August 11, 2025 – Oyamacor, a firm specializing in environmental consulting, remediation, and civil construction, and GHD, a leading professional services company, have formed a strategic joint venture to deliver comprehensive power and utility solutions. The collaboration combines decades of utility engineering and construction management with proven sector experience and capabilities to support growing infrastructure requirements while advancing strategic, financial and diversity goals. Both companies have established client relationships throughout the United States.
Our teams are currently delivering projects, including design-build stormwater management and environmental services. Services span utility siting, engineering, construction, decommissioning, transmission and power generation civil site work, environmental remediation, coal reclamation, asset management and regulatory compliance.
